In 2006 Tim was working as a manager at a Golf Club in Orange County. There he developed and used a pricing system that utilized a modified version of the Black–Scholes Model to manage his Daily Tee-Sheets.
I also work closely with the finance team and operations to help them understand what Quantum is doing in the background for their transactions. We have done many CI events to lean our processes to ensure we are maximizing our system. Most of all I enjoy solving problems by understanding what was done and what the intent was then we can create a solution that will meet the intended outcome.
Alonda has over twenty-five years accounting experience as well as more than fifteen years in the software training business. Her combination of both teaching and using Quantum Control and its predecessor, Quick Quote, makes her uniquely qualified to lend a hand to the Que Group.
QUE Group is a valuable and unique tool and I want to help facilitate future growth of the organization and the valuable resource development it offers for the benefit of all users.
I perform user training, customizations of Quantum reports and windows and analyze how to implement new project needs for a small MRO shop.
The company had just gone live with Quantum and I came onboard to help with the implementation. I stayed with AAMSI for 15 years working with Quantum and Component Control, designing reports and customizing the modules to meet the company needs. I’m now with Blue Aerospace (a division of HEICO Aerospace) located in Tamarac Florida. I started with Blue 2018. My job here is pretty much the same, working with Quantum to streamline the processes and utilizing the modules including the Quantum dashboard to move the company in ‘paperless’ direction. We were successful in eliminating most of the paper from the workflow and now the only documents that are printed are the ones that go along with the shipment to the customer. I’m a person who will stop at nothing to find a solution to a problem no matter how complex. The word can’t is not in my vocabulary. I absolutely love working with Quantum and helping others work though their Quantum issues and coming up with really good solutions. This is my first year with the board and I’m looking forward to working with the QUE group to really do what we can to help its members get the most out of Quantum.
I have experience working with all aspects of IT (servers, workstations, servers, networks, applications, ect). I also have AV experience from early in my career as Studio and Transmitter Engineer for a large radio network. In my free time I volunteer at an Animal Shelter where I work with dogs that are having troubles adapting to shelter life. I also serve as a Volunteer Mentor that helps shape the volunteer program, and trains new volunteers.
. First trained by the military in Electronics Engineering followed by qualified CompTIA A+, Cisco Certified Network Professional, MS SQL (2000) and Office365 Sharepoint Admin, Adobe Dreamweaver Website builder, MS Office 365 Sharepoint Administrator as a civilian. I’m a strong believer in collaboration and mutual help where possible to achieve working outcomes for technology users, creators and administrators – especially for Quantum!
I have internal systems experience in both the Oil and Gas Industry as well as the Financial Services Industry. I am very interested in joining QUE as a general board member in order to learn more about the system, share knowledge with other industry leaders and work on professional development goals.
Using Quantum for a manufacturing division has provided challenges that our team has devised creative solutions within the database to lower transaction costs, maintain traceability and increase our speed to market. At my previous company, I was part of the Manhattan WMS implementation team that oversaw the communication and transactions between our AS-400 database, Manhattan software and Symbotic automated replenishment system. I believe I can bring creative thinking and a range industry of experience to the QUE Group Board of Directors.
